Tool Bag Tuesday

Tuesday is Podge's Dress Up Like Brad Day or Tool Bag Tuesday, whichever one he feels. He hates Tuesdays so much, so I guess he thought he would dress up to make it fun.

Podge decided to start doing this about three weeks ago, and whatever he wears he has to wear all day. His boss gets highly confused with what he wears every time. He usually just asks what Podge is wearing. Today, he got kind of angry. It probably isn't the best thing to do considering Podge's job is in public relations and he represent the university, but he just sits behind a computer on Tuesdays.

His boss walked in today and just stared at him. Podge was wearing a tooly shirt, bandana and red beanie.

Boss: What are you trying to accomplish with this?

Podge: Uh, with what?

Boss: I mean what are you doing? What is this?

Podge: O, the track bios? Ya, I'm working on them.

Boss: No, your appearance. What you're wearing.

Podge: O, I dunno. I like to dress up on Tuesdays.

Boss: What does that mean?

Podge: (He says he can never tell if his boss serious or joking) Haha, I dunno, it's fun.

Boss: What if someone were to come in here and offer you a job?

Podge: I dunno, they won't.

Boss: (as he leaves) You really shouldn't...

He says he didn't catch the rest of it. Podge was shocked. He can never judge whether this guy is serious or kidding. His boss is one of those tough cookies to get a read on. It really is confusing but makes for a good laugh later. He gave Podge a dirty look as he left today. Haha, makes it all the better. Podge was pretty sure he was kind of upset and disappointed. Podge said, "The way I dress in no way affects my performance."

It's a good thing he didn't see his mohawk...

I don't know what he would do then.
